Membership Services Coordinator
Salary: $10 per hour, negotiable dependent on experience Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Work Schedule: Part time position offering 20-25 hours per week
This position is a wonderful opportunity for outgoing individuals looking for a small office environment and a customer-service oriented position. As Membership Services Coordinator, you will work to offer real estate services to members of our association, and assist the executive director in the operations of a non-profit trade association.
Utilize exemplary customer service skills in working with a diverse group of personalities Maintain accurate, organized membership records in various systems
Facilitate new membership applications
Serve as membership Lock Box and Electronic Key support
Assist with event planning, including drafting and design, registration, recruitment of sponsors, and collaboration with volunteer members
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent keyboarding and grammar skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, Adobe PDF Editor, Google Plus Excellent membership database management skills
Experience in customer service
Experience with planning of events
Experience in drafting and design of event announcements
Ability to work with a diverse group of personalities
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent organization, time management, and problem solving skills Ability to assist with event set up, lifting up to 25 lbs.
Ability to learn new technologies
